What is your purpose in life? Have you ever posed the question? This episode dives deeper beyond an individualistic approach but examines how our purpose, in particularly this lifetime, is more tethered than we may realize.
Courage talks about stepping out of fear in order to lead the collective consciousness out of oppression to finally rise. This episode provides insight and strength on how we can start little by little until courage becomes, us!

Interracial dating is becoming more common in our society as we blend our cultures and backgrounds together. In this episode, I explain five mental dangers of interracial dating, mainly concerning the Black community, and how we can address these important issues in order to build equal healthy relationships.
This episode tackles an often ignored, often gaslighted historical fact, that we've yet to be completely honest about. I address the ways our past continues to linger on in our present and how we must move forward by accepting and confronting America's history.
