In chapters 9-13 of We Are Legion (We Are Bob), Bob, now a replicant, adjusts to his new existence. He faces challenges from the Brazilian probes and works to replicate himself to extend the Bobiverse. Bob learns more about space exploration, survival, and interacts with the replicants while navigating conflicts, both with humans and other AI.
