UC Davis Law School professor Gabriel "Jack" Chin discusses the lingering effects of Jim Crow laws following passage of the landmark school desegregation decision, Brown V. Board of Education. Chin specializes in race and justice issues and heads the Repeal Jim Crow Laws project. He's the director of Clinical Legal Education at the UC Davis Law School.
