In today's episode we talk about what it's like going through changing relationships after sobriety and mindset shifts. After I found myself dealing with newfound sobriety, a fresh mind, heightened vibrations and more awareness I was also dealing with a lot of my relationships shifting. Whether the slowly ended, abruptly ended, or simply evolved as I evolved I had a hard time dealing with these sudden losses of identity and community. We talk about how closing the page on certain chapters is healthy, while giving them the appreciation they still deserve. Welcome in.
