Abstract

In an era where artificial intelligence (AI) agents operate autonomously, the emergence of zero-human companies challenges traditional economic paradigms. This paper introduces a novel framework for compensating AI "labor" using thermodynamic principles, embodied in a metric termed JouleWork (JW).
