This episode focuses on the practical side of primary school life — packing bags, snack and lunch routines, hygiene independence, and uniform practice. Stephanie and Tina share strategies to build responsibility, reduce morning stress, and encourage self‑management, with gentle scaffolding from parents and helpers.

Episode Three: Building Social and Emotional Confidence (English)

The final episode turns to emotional wellbeing — easing separation anxiety, supporting friendship building, encouraging confidence with adults, and creating calming corners for self‑regulation. Stephanie and Tina offer practical ideas like goodbye routines, role‑play, short separations, and empathy to help children develop resilience and thrive in their new environment.
