The Absence of Eden | Ezekiel 9:9

Ezekiel 9:9 is God's divine justification for the violent judgment falling upon Jerusalem. In this verse, God answers the prophet Ezekiel’s cry for mercy by stating that Israel and Judah's sin, bloodshed, and injustice are too great, driven by the people's false belief that God has abandoned the earth and looks away.
