A New Year Plan | 1 Peter 4

Join us as Pastor Patrick Joyner leads us through 1 Peter 4:1-11. This week we look at how the Apostle Peter brings clarity to the real purpose of the Gospel: The Captain of our new life, the course of our old life, the cause of our new life, the course of our new life

Our Eternal Savior and His Incarnation | John 1:9-18

Join us as Pastor Patrick Joyner leads us through our Eternal Savior and His Incarnation in John 1:9-18. This week we look at God's purpose in sending the Messiah - to begin a new creation, not unlike Genesis 1. When God saves us He renews us and begins to recreate a new person in us, to be holy and walk in the joy of the Lord.

The Clear Picture of God's Plan in Christ | Luke 1:67-80

Join us as Pastor Patrick Joyner leads us through the Clear Picture of God's Plan in Christ in Luke 1:67-80. This week we look at Zechariah's prophecy regarding his son, John the Baptist - how he was to be the forerunner of the Messiah. In this passage we see the promises of God kept, we see God's purposes clarified in Zechariah's prophecy, and we see how God is gaining full, permanent and eternal pardon for all who trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Glorious Eternal and Universal Reign of the Messiah | Isaiah 9:1-7

Join us as Pastor Patrick Joyner leads us through the Glorious Eternal and Universal Reign of the Messiah in Isaiah 9:1-7. This week we look at God's promise to bring His people from darkness to the joy of light! The spiritual darkness of being outside of Christ has a horrible eternal ending and a tasteless and frustrating present. The Lord Jesus Christ, spoken of from ages past, is the promised Messiah - the only One who could ever fulfill all of the Old Testament Prophecies.

The Progress of Redemption | Daniel

Join us as Pastor Patrick Joyner leads us through the Progress of Redemption through the Bible. This week, an exposition on the Progress of Redemption in the Book of Daniel. Daniel's resolution to be faithful in the midst of a tyrannical leader is a particularly relevant topic for many in our world today as well as Daniel's model prayer - a humble plea of adoration, confession, and supplication to God.

The Progress of Redemption | Ezekiel

Join us as Pastor Patrick Joyner leads us through the Progress of Redemption through the Bible. This week, an exposition on the Progress of Redemption in the Book of Ezekiel. The Prophet Ezekiel discusses several very important topics in the progress of redemption: The holiness and transcendence of God; the seeming impenetrable human heart; and unexpected encouragement from God regarding the new life redemption brings from what appears to be a hopeless situation.

Progress of Redemption | Jeremiah

Join us as Pastor Patrick Joyner leads us through the Progress of Redemption through the Bible. This week, an exposition on the Progress of Redemption in the Book of Jeremiah. In this book the importance of faithful shepherds to involve themselves in spiritual growth and care for God's people is highlighted. For reasons known only to God, He has determined to require constant care and feeding of His people - spiritual maturity doesn't nullify the teaching and shepherding ministry of the church.

The Progress of Redemption | Lamentations

Here the prophet Jeremiah laments the terrible state of affairs in Jerusalem and also regales in the steadfast love of God and the mercies of God which are new every morning. Many in Jerusalem fled or fought against the admonitions of God to repent and follow him - Jeremiah calls upon his countrymen not to fight with God or flee from Him but to freeze in submission to Him and enjoy renewal.

Progress of Redemption | Isaiah

Join us as Pastor Patrick Joyner leads us through the Progress of Redemption through the Bible. This week, an exposition on the Progress of Redemption in the Book of Isaiah. Here, we focus on Chapter 40 and we consider God's intent in the redemption of mankind - to humble the pride of man, bring the required Redeemer, place the redeemed in union with the Messiah.

The Progress of Redemption | Psalms
