Note sull'episodio
Join Joe McDonald as he reads from the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous, diving into the transformative journey of Step 3 AA. In this session, we open with a heartfelt prayer led by Wayne, inviting the power and guidance of a higher force to speak through Joe and empower everyone to take vigorous action towards recovery.
“Sean, you’re losing your power around here. Welcome to Position Neutrality. Welcome to New Freedom. We always start every session with a prayer, and Wayne has agreed to do that for us tonight. Heavenly Father, we invite you in today. Lord, speak to the hearts and the minds of these, your people. Speak through Joe tonight, Lord. Empower us all to make a decision to launch out on a course of vigorous action. In Jesus’ name, amen. Amen. Thank you, Wayne. So, anybody here for the first time tonight?”
Joe’s discussion emphasizes the importance of community, faith, and the decision to embark on a vigorous course of action as part of the recovery journey. This session highlights the power of prayer and collective support in overcoming addiction.
