Note sull'episodio
Welcome back as we delve into a crucial aspect of the recovery journey—relinquishing the futile attempt to control our lives and embracing the guidance of a higher power. In this video, we explore the transformative effect of quitting the role of playing God, a role that has left many feeling empty and unfulfilled. Discover how letting go and allowing God to lead can open up a life that is happy, joyous, and free. The authors of Alcoholics Anonymous teach us that the first step towards this freedom is to surrender our will and accept that we are but players in a greater plan. This surrender becomes the keystone of newfound freedom. We discuss how embracing God’s will allows us to move away from self-centeredness and towards a life rich with purpose and service. Experience the shift from trying to arrange every detail of your life to simply being ready to act when called upon. Learn how staying connected to this higher power through prayer and meditation can bring continual peace and direction, transforming fear and uncertainty into a celebration of spiritual rebirth. Join us as we uncover the beauty of a life led not by our limited will but by the all-powerful, loving direction of a higher presence. Tune in every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. AZ time for more insights into living a transformed life through the power of surrender.
