There’s more tragedy, more manipulation, and more Svetlanas than you could ever imagine. WARNING: This episode includes discussions about thoughts of depression, as well as acts of self harm and suicide. We’re not like other podcasts. Join us for the Rothko episode AKA Sad Boy Cube. We laugh, we cry, we laugh about crying. Also more art history knowledge about smelly egg paints and the origin of Ikea. The trio shares gifts and talks about family traditions that are both heartwarming and annoying. A quick tangent about art museum behavior and Jordan explains how she is aging out of punk shows. Hello everyone! We wanted to share this as three women born in America who love art. Unplanned Parenthood, a project by artist Michelle Hartney breathes life into the voices of Pre-Roe v Wade women and offers a dark foreshadowing for our own futures. We love you and we stand in solidarity with you in this fight for bodily autonomy. Please consider participating in the project here: https://www.michellehartney.com/unplanned-parenthood There is more to his episode for Patreon members at www.patreon.com/podvantgarde but we felt like this chunk especially was too important not to share.
