1. Have you ever tried reading the book of Revelation before? How did you find it?
2. John was ‘in the Spirit on the Lord’s day’ (verse 10). Do you ever manage to set time aside to be with God?
3. In Revelation 1 we see an amazing description of the risen and glorified Jesus (see verses 13-16). Is your Jesus too small or too familiar?
4. ‘When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead.’ (Verse 17). Can you picture yourself in John’s position, face down before Jesus? Can you imagine him placing his hand on you and saying ‘Fear not’?
