Today, our theme was the first Pillar of Coherence, Self which manifests as Wellbeing.
We pulled The Star, which reminded us of the divinity that we all contain.
Our mantra today is, “I show up as my highest self in all that I do.”
If you want to implement this into your day, create a visual trigger that you will see everyday to remind you of your inner star-ness. This could be a mirror message, a strategically placed sticky note, or a new creative piece of art next to your coffee maker!
