This week we fly through the air onto the next agility course as we talk about both American Ninja Warrior and running a cat café. Two very different topics that Cassie Dierks will tell us how they relate in a big way for her. She tells us about the cate café phenomenon, what running one is like, and on another subject how she was able to take her love for the sport of Ninja and be featured on NBC's American Ninja Warrior. This was a fun one about two very cool topics.
