The first wave soaked us this morning. The second arrives tonight, bringing heavier rain and gusty northeast winds up to 25 miles an hour along the coast. North Jersey sits at 42 degrees right now. Rain continues through tonight, dropping you to 37 degrees with patchy fog rolling in. Friday stays cloudy with a high near 44 degrees. Central Jersey hits 45 degrees this afternoon.
