Visibility drops below a mile in spots, so give yourself extra time this morning. In the next 24 hours. Rain's already knocking on South Jersey's door. By 7 A.M., steady rain spreads north. And you might catch a rumble of thunder between 7 and 11 A.M. Down south. Central Jersey gets wrapped in fog and rain by mid-morning. North Jersey stays driest the longest, but rain finds you by late morning. Highs today? 47 in the south, 45 central, 42 up north. Tonight's when things get serious.
