Johnny “J-Rock” Johnson has spent more than three decades thinking about that question.
A Moorestown graduate, 3X NCAA All-American at Trenton State and founder of RAW 241, Johnson has coached generations of wrestlers and developed a philosophy built around takedowns, conditioning, international wrestling and preparing athletes for the highest levels of the sport.
