Painting A Picture with John Painter
When housing professionals and service coordinators are inundated with information—often conflicting and hard to fit into daily practice—our new series, Painting a Picture with John Painter, offers clarity through the story of a longtime coordinator whose career began with biscuits and now spans green crabs, Maine’s ecosystem, and the real‑world wisdom that helps make sense of it all.
In this special episode of Elevating Service, we sit down with Brad Hall of NW Pest Control as the company marks an incredible 50 years of service, innovation, and partnership with housing communities across New England. Brad brings his deep expertise to a conversation packed with best practices, early‑intervention strategies, and real‑world guidance to help Resident Service Coordinators stay ahead of pest issues before they become costly crises. We also explore what’s happening in the government and regulatory landscape, including emerging policies, inspection trends, and how housing professionals can prepare for changes that directly impact their residents. Brad shares insights into NW Pest Control’s legacy, their commitment to education, and how their team continues to evolve to meet the needs of today’s senior, family, and affordable housing communities. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your pest‑prevention toolkit or want to learn more about one of the region’s most trusted partners, this episode offers practical wisdom, timely updates, and a behind‑the‑scenes look at a company celebrating half a century of keeping homes safe and healthy.
