di Evelyn Dyer Rosenthal
Compassion without action is just a feeling. People know you care when they see what you will do. Our times require more than thoughtful leadership, it demands compassion driven leadership. This episode tells the story of the need for resources: (financial, tangible, emotional and physical support) to solve the problems only compassion can.
Each day we come in contact with people who contribute to our perspective, our ambitions and the way we see ourselves. This episode tells the story of unintentional influence. The power we each possess to transform another person's life without even knowing it. Your influence can be a very positive source of power is used wisely. If you amass such power unwittingly, imagine what could you possibly do intentionally.
Key messages, whether at home or in the workplace, are frequently deferred to those who possess the better speaking skill or perhaps the more polished. But this mini-episode explores why your unique voice may be the instrument for real change.
What are you afraid of? We all struggle at some point to move forward or perhaps try something new. Whether professionally or personally, our fears have the potential to inhibit our progress. It's okay to be afraid. This mini-cast will encourage you to do it anyway. To just do it scared.
