We all seek to be happy, well, and at peace. Sometimes, as we seek to heal from the disturbances in our past, our body and mind will believe it is revisiting those times and cannot differentiate the then from the now. This meditation is intended to help you build a practice to anchor you into the safety of the present moment. You may find it helpful to use this meditation prior to your day at work, or prior to entering your therapy session. I hope this helps you in your endeavors to find peace and contentment.
