Note sull'episodio
In this episode of Military Illumination, Gary lays the groundwork for a deep dive into Nineteen acts of injustice committed by the Washington National Guard in 1998. He introduces the key players — Major William Palmer Shaw, the behind-the-scenes ringleader, and Brett D Daugherty, the officer who carried out his orders — and walks listeners through how a simple uniform dispute snowballed into systemic retaliation. This is the setup for the series; future episodes will cover the events step by step, starting with the fateful day in January 1998 where it all began.
