Note sull'episodio
Travel back to the summer of 1937 for four remarkable radio adaptations of Shakespeare from Columbia Presents Shakespeare in the Summer.
This collection features:
The Taming of the Shrew, Much Ado About Nothing, Twelfth Night and Julius Caesar
The original series featured some of the biggest names of stage, screen, and radio, including Walter Huston, Humphrey Bogart, Tallulah Bankhead, Orson Welles, Rosalind Russell, Edward G. Robinson, and many more.
There were originally eight productions in the series, although unfortunately I have not been able to locate the complete set. I’ve included chapter selections so you can easily jump to the play you’d like to hear.
