This one was a doozy as we unwrapped the complexity that is Chef Develliot. Besides an obviously good maker of food, he's notoriously eccentric as he is artistic. It was a marvel to unlock Pandora's box so late in the evening as we dove into a loose discussion of his beginnings and origin story, career pursuits, the Des Moines protests, and other topics.
