This 7 minute guided meditation is here to assist you in clearing out space within your brain from any thought(s) you may be holding onto from the past. An old relationship, work stress, family matters. Thoughts that continue to repeat over and over again, even after you've accepted. I'm talking about the dust in the corners that are never seen or touched.

This exercise has helped me twice when it came to clearing out old exes and career faux pas, all things I had accepted but never got rid of. I hope it'll do that same for you, claiming back space you sublet out rent free and making it your own in 2023. Happy 2023 fam, its our year!
