In 2010, known eugenicist and phony philanthropist, Bill Gates, started a chartity vehicle called The Giving Pledge with the intention of collecting money from wealthy people when they die, instead of allowing it to be passed down to future generations. In over 15 years, they have convinced 256 people to agree to participate, but the actual conversion percentage is single-digit.
