In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. and today being MLK Day, I decided to dedicate my initial episode to his legacy and how I, YOU, Me, We can incorporate his philosophy into our daily habits to better ourselves and our thoughts so that we can not only experience, but enjoy our journey through life.
