We also tackle the concept of Woke, and why it has value, but doesn't work in it's current form. And then we dovetail into the unified field. What is the unified field and what would it mean to experience it on a regular basis. We also finish with Rich's drink recipe of a white Negroni. This was.a fun episode.

In this fascinating episode, Jonathan and Rich interview Dr. David Wardy of Wardy Wellness. David is a healing practitioner who went beyond the traditional healing modalities and discovered a more powerful way to work with the body, it's signals and use them to move effectively into healing. Daviud shares his long arduous journey of helping his wife overcome debilitating illness and the search for healing. Through the long journey, he discovered a way to move past pain management and into a deeper healing modality that looked at the entire body. His work in kinesiology allows him to discover key signals in the body that reveal blocks. This was an incredible episode. In this episode, Jonathan and Rich discuss three ideas from Instagram reels that are blowing up. Topic 1: We explore the current political divide that separates people into groups. What happens when we stop doing that. People want to be unified. How do we get there? Topic 2: We explore a funny video on biohacking and cold plunges. What is it about the trend that works, and why are people taking the plunge. The video is hilarious and sparks a lot of great ideas. Topic 3: We explore the phenomenon in quantum physics that reveals most matter is not really there, and the stuff that is, doesn't have to actually be there.
