Vinny throws glass at the cops. His cousin spreads the flu. Dark Shadow takes a hostage. Billy makes a new acquisition. Luci makes another poor decision. But most will know it simply as Newhra. A city built with intent; to beckon the world’s greatest minds to one place and usher in the next great technological revolution at which Vyreline, Newhra’s monopolistic state-sponsored tech contractor, is at the centre of it all. Gilded follows a band of knuckleheads at the edge of a "revolution" - as Vyreline promises - in which all of life’s pesky inconveniences, from itchy scalps to lost keys, unsightly hairs to that very thing we call death shall soon be willed away with the wave of a hand and a little miracle essence called Vyre. This gold-leaf world is deceptively vast, dredged in sin and utterly, utterly ridiculous... Jarred is Vinny Harley is Cousin Vinny Kira is Luci Dave is Dark Shadow Kyle is Billy Alex is in charge of wrangling them Audio provided courtesy of mobygratis, Sascha Ende and Opus by dScryb
Luci makes a bad decision. The cousins catch up. Dark Shadow goes gossiping. Billy just wants to go home. The boys conduct a food review, then discuss ASMR, snakes, FIFO, film stars and Tony Galati. Zero filter and zero tact. We return to our regularly scheduled nonsense next week.
Alex, Dave, Jarred, Harley and Kyle are joined by special guest, "Mum" Ellen to discuss parenthood, Epstein, cats, education, careers, going deep, anime and Hollywood celebrities. No dice are rolled. Table manners are ignored. You have been warned. Dad's Shed will return to our regularly scheduled nonsense next week.
