Interview: Stacy Sharp on Implant Illness

On episode 10, I chat with my friend Stacy (@shiftwithstacy) all about body image, self-love and beauty standards.. and Stacy shares with us her journey navigating both breast implant illness, and undergoing explant surgery and her recovery.

We discuss the poisonous online environment in which we exist filled with non-stop comparison, subconscious programming, filters, face-tune, and photoshop, we talk about the toxic Kardashian influence, aging as females, the weight-loss industry, media messaging and a shit ton more. This is a reality check and a convo loaded with a ton of real ass shit (my favourite type of shit).
