Being aware of all of the stuff we watch on TV & listen to on the radio is super important in allowing ourselves to be free. Many limiting programs are pumped into humanity through the always listening subconscious mind in which it is our roles to be aware of what we pay attention to. Why is that? Because if we are lazy with what we pay attention to, some of the negative things we pay attention to may all of a sudden appear in our experience. Positive music & TV are great suggestions from me.
