Beauty standards... Don't they suck! Trust me I know but, you have to learn to see past them and gain self-confidence. Join me as I tell my life stories of how beauty standards have affected me from self-confidence to relationships to excepting things because you feel that's all you deserve. I'll talk to you about how I changed my mindset on beauty and how you can too. I will interview others who may have different stories and experiences. I'll also dabble in other topics that still relate to gaining self-confidence. The reason I wanted to start this podcast was because I wanted to create a safe space that is relatable and understandable. Sometimes you talk to people who just don't get it, have different views, or can't relate. SO PLEASE! Sit, grab a blanket and let's gain the confidence you deserve. I will also sporadically read letters I have personally written through the years depending on the relatability of the episode
