E15 - Win or Learn (From a Champion in Brazilian Jujitsu, this is a conversation with Retired Commander Jefferey Liberman)

This is Episode 15 of the Let's Grab a Cup! Podcast - "WIN or LEARN". From Retired Police Commander Jefferey Liberman, a champion in Brazilian Jujitsu, who has continuously trained throughout his career and beyond, is adamant that you either win each battle or learn from how you performed.

This was a pleasure to speak to Commander Liberman about his experiences both as a police officer, moving through various assignments, some of which included the Office of Counter Terrorism and Special Enforcement Section within the City of Long Beach.

Jefferey focused on physical fitness throughout his career. With the belief that being a police officer should be viewed as the same level as a professional athlete, his intention was to be the most well physically prepared police officer. While training in Brazilian Jujitsu, he has competed on various levels. Most recently, Jeff competed in Florida and beat out all competitors!
