Jonathan Parsons is an NHS consultant clinical audiology scientist and managing director of Chime, an NHS Audiology Service that utilised the government Right to Request scheme to spin out as a not-for-profit social enterprise in May 2011.

After having worked for NHS Devon as a consultant clinical audiology scientist for six years, Parsons seized on the opportunity to launch Chime as a social enterprise in May 2011
