John Hayes is the CEO and owner of GMS Ltd, a management consultancy incorporated in 2017 which provides client project management services and training in the UK infrastructure and construction sectors.

John has also co-founded and runs his own businesses, having launched GMS Ltd in 2017 and later established Before You Do Ltd in 2020. John is also an accredited mediator and a lecturer in management.
