Laredo police are investigating two DWI cases involving women accused of child endangerment after traffic stops, including one where a driver nearly hit a patrol unit. A man was arrested during a high-speed pursuit near downtown, and border patrol intercepted six individuals in camouflaged clothing near a Texas border ranch.
