These three categories can be independently trained, but if there is a dysfunction or weakness in one, all three will be affected. We need stability to build strength, and strength to build power. Then we build more stability for new range of motion and strength, to gain more power. It's a cycle to improve overall performance.

Hamstrings
On this episode we talk about the hamstrings complex. These group of muscles are important for fitness and performance, but also may be weak and under-active and cause biomechanics issues and injuries. Building up strong hamstrings might be a way to fix some of your swing faults as well.
