As we conclude Self-Care Awareness Month, our guest this Saturday is Alma Thomas from Copiague, New York. After a massive stroke, Alma reflected on how she always prioritized others but neglected herself. Her journey is one of growth, acceptance, and purpose. Since then, she’s given over 300 presentations, written books with one finger on her phone, and coached others through grief. This podcast will inspire you, reminding us all that life continues after tragedy and underscoring the importance of mental and physical health.
