The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints partnered with America 250 to sent 250 semi-trucks of food out into the United States in honor of the America's milestone birthday. The San Diego Food Bank was a recipient of one of these trucks and Kayla is here to talk it! Kayla works at the San Diego Food Bank – a local nonprofit aiming to aid San Diegans in need. In our conversation, Kayla speaks on the real threat of food insecurity we have in our town and what we can do to help our neighbor.

We spoke with Julie Harper! She is a JustServe club specialist for San Diego County! She spoke about high school JustServe clubs, the opportunities they present and the projects they get involved in. She also encourages possible growth to universities as there is only one JustServe university club in all of the United States.
