What About Male Modesty?

Why do modesty conversations only address women and not men? Does modesty apply to men? If so, what does that look like? How can Christian men take the lead when it comes to modesty? If you disagree with me, or think I'm missing context, let me know in the comments!
People often say "love me for who I am!" Is that really what people want though? It seems to me that people crave something more deep and beautiful than that. As Christians, we can help others contemplate how beautiful God's love really is. And if you're tempted to take this episode the wrong way, keep Romans 6:1-2 in mind: "What shall we say then?
