In this episode Body Neutrality is front and center. At it's heart, Body Neutrality is the natural state of being, the way we're all born. What we're talking about when we say returning to a body neutral state is removing the blocks we've taken on through socialization. This is not to say that we don't have preferences, we'll all have those; instead it's about dismantling the "body hierarchy" that's been developed.
