Stef and Lauren are back with another I’ve Got Guts! Extra and, for once, Stef’s update is refreshingly uneventful. Since the last check-in, she’s managed to stay out of the hospital…a major win during cancer treatment, even if it doesn’t exactly make for riveting podcast content.

Lauren also shares an important update from her family before the girls catch up on some of the lighter things getting them through life lately: what they’re reading, what they’re watching, and what’s worth adding to your own list.

It’s a little cancer update, a little real life, and plenty of the usual Stef-and-Lauren banter.
