He advocates for cases such as Andrew Kearse from New York, who was left to die as he begged for help, handcuffed in the back seat, by police; for Schaeffer Cox from Alaska, who served over 12 years of prison time for an alleged thought crime; David Hinkston from Idaho, who recently died in prison while serving an unjust sentence; Jeff Weinhaus, from Missouri, serving 30 years after police shot him four times, while he never even pulled a gun; Yori Kahl, and Scott Faul from South Dakota, who remain in prison for crimes never committed; Leonard Peltier, a Native American, arrested for a protest off the Pineridge Indian Reservation; and Erik Garner from New York, who was choked to death by police . His passion is to hold government accountable, and to end qualified immunity for bad actors within the government; to remember the prisoner and to fight for life, liberty and justice for all.

Many other studios had their takes on Tom's work and it became the standard in the industry to place Tom's Birthday on clocks and time pieces in films and series to mock the true author ever since including the Birthdays of his murdered sons, Kirk and Shaun, December 7 and October 14 respectively. Tom was groomed to lead in the cabal but chose to whisper through Art instead to warn about the cabal's plans he had been privy to through the Immortals. Warner Brothers never copyrighted the Matrix title, but copyrighted Tom's title the Immortals, hiring many famous celebrities as hired to claim the work. Robert Powell is a family law, juvenile dependency, and civil rights attorney with 30 years of experience, located in San Jose, California. He is one of under 10 attorneys in California who regularly handle matters involving unconstitutional removal of children by government actors, substantive due process violations in juvenile proceedings due to judicial deception, and cases involving injury and death of children in foster care. He has practiced in that area 25 years. Of the very, very small group that handle the civil rights matters involving CPS, he and two former employees are all of the 3 attorneys who handle juvenile dependency matters in state court also. He has practiced extensively in the 9th Circuit and is behind fourteen published decisions of that Court, three of which are quite significant to the rights of parents and children. Beltran v. County of Santa Clara is arguably the most significant, as it removed “absolute immunity” for social workers, who until that decision were still being dismissed from lawsuits for having “absolute immunity,” which is just like it sounds. Beltran is followed by Hardwick v. Vreeken which held there is no immunity for presenting false testimony/evidence in juvenile dependency proceedings – often inaptly called the “Right to Lie” case. And finally, Burke v. County of Alameda, in which the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals expressly clearly established that the failure to transfer a removed child to a non-offending parent, rather than take the child into protective custody was in fact a constitutional violation.
