Shawn McMillan is 56 years old and a native of San Diego, California. He holds an undergraduate degree (BA) from the University of California, San Diego in Chinese Studies with a concentration in Pacific trade. Shawn was admitted to practice law in California in November 2000. Until 2009, he maintained an active trial practice concentrating on business dispute litigation, shareholder dispute litigation, and Chapter 11 restructuring.
