Part 1: Sliding Between Worlds While Staying In Your Body with Erica Cordeiro

In Part 1 of this two part conversation, I sit down with my friend and fellow practitioner, Erica Cordeiro. We share an honest, hilarious, and deeply grounded conversation about what it really means to work with energy in a way that’s embodied and responsible. We talk about discernment, why “learning modalities” isn’t the same as living them, and how so much of intuitive development isn’t about adding more, it’s about clearing the interference. In part two of this conversation, Aaron and I move into more lived, experiential territory. I share a bit more about my own spiritual awakening and my experiences with plant medicine, including the importance of integration and the spiritual pitfalls that can arise when expanded states aren’t properly grounded in the body or supported in daily life. We talk about the quantum field and how timelines can shift based on the many internal and external factors that influence perception, choice, and experience. We also clarify how I understand the Akashic Records—not as a place, but as a frequency field of information that we tune into and channel from. Aaron reflects on the evolution of his work, sharing how his path shifted from the corporate world into the spiritual and healing work he offers today through Natural Heart Alchemy. Together, we explore the idea that everything has spirit and how fear around “entities” can soften when we understand their role within different dimensions. Aaron also shares reflections on his father’s work as a psychologist—how he studied and diagnosed mental illness while still honoring the lived experiences of his patients and holding compassion for what they were navigating. This part of the conversation gently examines the line between spiritual awakening and being labeled “crazy,” and how that distinction often depends on who is witnessing the experience, where it’s happening, and what framework is being used to interpret it.
