Looking Back, Understanding More: My Recorded Akashic Reading with Heather Thomas 8/30/21

Esplicito
Some conversations take on new meaning as we continue living... In this episode, I’m sharing my recorded Akashic reading with Heather Thomas from August 30, 2021—just a few months after my fist "big awakening" in May of that same year. I was navigating deeply personal experiences, asking questions, and trying to find language for what I was feeling. So much of what came through in Heather’s reading made sense in the moment. Other pieces became meaningful along the way. Revisiting it now, I hear it through the different perspectives I’ve gained over time and through continued experiences. My understanding has kept growing. Our conversation explores awakening, relationships, recurring patterns, parenting, spiritual sensitivity, boundaries, and giving ourselves time to integrate unfamiliar experiences. Heather offers her interpretations through the lens of the Akashic Records, including a reminder I still appreciate: slow down and give yourself time. For me, this reading is a meaningful example of how working with the Akashic field can offer helpful information to reflect on and revisit. Considering something from another perspective can open space for clarity, understanding, and resolution in everyday life. You’re hearing an earlier version of me, working through questions with the understanding I had then. If you’re revisiting a chapter of your own story, I hope this conversation encourages you to offer that earlier version of yourself some compassion, too. And yes, watching this recording has also changed my perspective on paying other people to do my eyebrows. They had me looking like a fool! There’s room for laughter in all this reflection. Next time, I’ll have to share the story of my first experience with psilocybin! I’m grateful to Heather for this conversation. She doesn’t appear to be accepting bookings at the moment. I am currently offering Akashic Records readings, and if you feel drawn to explore your own questions with me, you can learn more or book a session through this link for Akashic Records Reading and/or my website You can also stay connected and shop through LinkTree 20% off Akashic Readings and Space for You to Speak until 10/31! If this episode resonates with you, please subscribe, like, and share it with someone who might connect with it. Your support helps these conversations reach more people. Thank you for listening and making space for my story.

A Very “Jeremy Bearimy” Conversation with Jeremy Silva Aka Steelo Free

Esplicito
Steelo Free (Jeremy Silva) is back for what I believe is our fourth podcast together, and this conversation really Jeremy Bearimy’d its way through Kabbalah, dreams, past lives, astral travel, Akashic records, entities, addiction, soul retrieval, karmic relationships, and the wounded-healer pattern. Somehow, we brought it all back around in the end. Shout out to my all-time favorite show, The Good Place—please watch and enjoy if you feel called! Jeremy is one of the hosts of the Outside Minds Podcast, where they explore consciousness, spirituality, dreams, psychedelics, the occult, and the stranger layers of reality. He is also the artist who created the music you hear in the intro and outro of the show! We begin with Jeremy explaining Kabbalah as a way of understanding the structure of reality and where we are on the journey between separation and Source. From there, we get into the information people sometimes receive intuitively before they ever study or consciously understand it. I share a dream I had in September of 2021 in which a woman appeared to me with bees covering her eyes. I knew that I knew her. I recognized her, but I didn’t understand who she was or why she felt so familiar. Then, during a past-life regression in 2022, I learned that I had been one of the Melissae—an oracular bee priestess. The bee woman came to me before I consciously knew anything about that connection. The regression didn’t create the idea; it gave me context for something I had already experienced. Jeremy and I talk about dreams that feel like memories, parallel lives, déjà vu, astral travel, and the possibility that we are doing much more while we sleep than we consciously remember. That leads us into karmic relationships and my own tendency to love people, believe in them, and keep trying to save them even when it costs me pieces of myself. At what point does loving someone else become self-abandonment? The conversation comes full circle when Jeremy explains the Kabbalistic balance between mercy and strength. Too much strength can become controlling, but too much mercy can turn us into people who continually allow ourselves to be hurt. The goal isn’t to stop loving people. It’s learning to love them without losing ourselves. In this episode, we talk about: Kabbalah and the structure of reality Dreams, past lives, and parallel timelines My dream about the bee woman and the Melissae Akashic records and intuitive recognition Astral travel, déjà vu, and dream interpretation Trauma, addiction, and spiritual attachments Soul retrieval and reclaiming pieces of ourselves Karmic relationships, repeating patterns, and the wounded healer Balancing mercy, strength, boundaries, and self-love As always, these are our personal experiences, beliefs, and interpretations. Permission to Be Awesome: Radical Self-Honesty, DMT & Returning to Source with Adam Butler

Esplicito
What if the path to self-love begins with being radically honest about who you are—even the parts you’ve been taught to hide or judge? I sit down with Adam Butler for an unfiltered conversation about psychedelics, consciousness, sexuality, sobriety, past lives, relationships, and becoming comfortable in your own skin. Adam is a psychedelic philosopher, author, photographer, and explorer of consciousness. After reaching a breaking point through addiction, depression, and suicidal ideation, he began rebuilding his life through sobriety, psychedelics, meditation, shadow work, and self-exploration. He is the author of Butler’s DMT Field Guide, Butler’s Psychedelic Integration Field Guide, and The Alchemist of Tears. Find him on Instagram at @thealchemistoftears and YouTube at @ButlersDMTFieldGuide. Adam shares how removing alcohol from his life and working intentionally with psychedelics helped him confront his shadow, reconnect with his body, and change the direction of his life. Although he describes DMT as a catalyst that helped save him, we emphasize that psychedelics are not for everyone—and they are only one of many possible doorways into ourselves. We discuss meditation, hypnosis, float tanks, darkness retreats, lucid dreaming, intimacy, nature, and past-life regression as different ways of accessing expanded awareness. Adam describes encounters with DMT entities, a 100-hour darkness retreat, and experiences of heightened sound, frequency, and perception. We explore why altered states can feel “more real than real,” whether consciousness is created by the brain or received through it, and how recurring visions of Padua and Adam’s connection to Lakota music became clearer through past-life regression. I share more about my spontaneous Kundalini awakening and the spiritual experiences that began unfolding before I had any framework for understanding them. I also describe a plant-medicine journey in which I experienced myself as a newborn baby crying to be held. When I reached toward God, I was shown that the presence I needed was already within me. Our conversation also moves through sexual shame, sacred intimacy, healthy boundaries, feminine and masculine energy, and viewing relationships as meaningful experiences rather than successes or failures. Throughout the episode, we return to one central idea: radical self-honesty leads to self-knowledge, and self-knowledge creates the possibility for real self-love. This episode includes explicit language and candid conversations about sex, trauma, suicidal ideation, psychedelics, and altered states of consciousness. We are sharing personal experiences, not medical advice or encouragement to use illegal substances. Take what resonates and leave the rest. The invitation is to become curious about your own path. Behind the Badge: Trauma, Service, and the Courage to Listen with Frank Jones III

Esplicito
In this episode of In My Experience, I’m joined by Frank Jones III—a social worker, Marine veteran, police officer, crisis negotiator, locksmith, husband and father. I met Frank because I locked myself out of my camper at around 11 p.m. He was still finishing his police shift, so while we waited, we started a fire with the little wood we had. It lasted exactly until he arrived. When Frank got there, I apologized for being a silly goose and explained that I was moving. He asked where, and I said, “Right here—into this.” I told him about my divorce, my decision to live in the camper and my desire to travel and learn cob building. We had such an interesting conversation that I invited him onto the show. Frank shares how growing up as the oldest of five children, moving 21 times and experiencing physical and emotional abuse shaped the person he wanted to become. At only 12 or 13, he decided his adult life would be different and that he would become the best husband and father he could be. That desire led him toward a life of service. Frank worked in foster care, led anger-management groups for young people and taught drug and alcohol prevention before joining the Marine Corps and completing three deployments. He later brought his social-work background and military experience into law enforcement, where he has served for 11 years. We talk about the emotional weight first responders carry, the strain shift work places on families and Frank’s desire to spend more time with his wife and children. He is now considering school security, where he could continue supporting young people while creating more balance for his family. We also discuss domestic violence, mental-health crises and the need for more trauma-informed law-enforcement training. Frank explains the realities of responding to one crisis after another, the work of Crisis Intervention Teams and why listening can be more effective than immediately giving commands. I also share some of my experiences involving my divorce, custody, PFAs, arrests and interactions with the Pennsylvania State Police. When I edited this episode, I was ashamed of how quickly I moved into my own trauma after Frank shared something so personal about his childhood. I hoped to share a little of my story because it related, but I spoke too soon and ended up trauma dumping. It was inconsiderate. I reached out to Frank, apologized and am grateful that he accepted my apology. Sometimes, when someone shares something difficult, we double down on our own experience. We think we’re relating, but unintentionally redirect the attention back to ourselves. My story deserves space, too—but Frank’s story deserved to be acknowledged first. This reminded me that listening means allowing someone’s experience to land and letting them know they were truly heard. I want to be more conscious of that with everyone, especially guests who trust me with their stories. In this episode, we talk about: How childhood trauma can shape a life of service Social work, military service and law enforcement Crisis negotiation and de-escalation Domestic violence and mental-health response The emotional weight carried by first responders Shift work and family life Supporting young people through school security Sharing without overtaking another person’s story Accountability, apology and intentional listening This conversation is honest, layered and very human. The Path That Meanders: Plants, Sovereignty & Trusting the Redirection with Christena Shreve Elza

Esplicito
Some conversations make more sense after you’ve lived the next chapter. This is one of them. In this episode of In My Experience, recorded March 16, 2026, I’m joined again by my good friend Christena Shreve-Elza. We talk about plants, creativity, shamanic yoga, personal sovereignty, and creating a life that genuinely feels like your own. Christena and I share a love of landscaping and working with our bodies. We talk about how healing it can be to get outside, transform a space, make something beautiful, and physically see the results of your work. With more than 25 years in the plant industry and a background in interior design, historic preservation, and yoga, Christena has begun combining her gifts through shamanic yoga. She shares what happened when she brought movement, music, meditation, rattling, spirit, and intuition together for her first community class. Our conversation moves through plant intelligence, natural building, religion, history, food sovereignty, AI, and the importance of thinking for ourselves. We also talk about getting quiet enough to hear our own guidance and remembering that constant productivity is not the only way to live a meaningful life. The part that gets me is what happened near the end. I told Christena I kept hearing September. I could see myself traveling to Tennessee and somehow meeting her in Georgia. And boy, was I right. I’ll be returning to Tennessee in September after moving my cob-building workshop to the later session. Following the move into my camper and everything it took to get on the road, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and underprepared. Instead of forcing myself through it, I changed the plan. I was already feeling strong astrological themes around change and reconsidering commitments when an unexpected opportunity to address an issue with my truck shifted my timeline again. I had also traveled to Tennessee after being invited by the monks to volunteer at their community. I believed I would begin August 1, but the day before, I felt deeply conflicted. I cried, listened to what was happening in my body, and began muscle testing my plans. Every answer came back as a solid no, and I kept being led to stay where I was. So that is what I’m doing. This experience reminded me that trusting yourself doesn’t always look like confidently moving forward. Sometimes it means admitting you’re tired, changing the plan, or pausing at the last possible moment. The invitation can be real and the destination can be right while the path—or the timing—still changes. We talk about: Healing through plants, landscaping, and physical creation Christena’s first shamanic yoga class Architecture, cob building, and natural design Plant intelligence and our relationship with nature Questioning inherited stories and systems Balancing technology with intuition and creativity Trusting redirection instead of forcing a plan Christena Shreve-Elza is soon to be published an author, landscape designer, plant professional, yoga teacher, and shamanic yoga facilitator. She is also the author of Plants Like People. Follow Christena: Instagram Follow me: Instagram

Don’t Filter the Message: Mediumship, Animal Communication & Heaven on Earth with Lisa Miller

Esplicito
In this episode of In My Experience, I reconnect with psychic medium and animal communicator Lisa Miller nearly five years after she first helped me understand my own spiritual sensitivity. When I originally worked with Lisa, my life looked completely different. I was still married, living on the property I shared with my husband and daughter, and trying to make sense of the spiritual experiences my daughter and I were having. Lisa gave me language for energy, spirit, timelines, dimensions, and intuitive perception before my own understanding of reality completely changed. Now, five years later, I’m speaking with her from my fifth wheel after leaving that life, rebuilding, choosing a new path of travel, homeschooling, and learning natural building. This conversation is less of a formal interview and more of a spiritual reunion. Lisa and I talk about how awakening continues to unfold in layers, how healing changes over time, and why forgiveness does not require pretending that painful experiences were acceptable. We explore soul contracts, aging, illness, grief, personal sovereignty, intuitive children, clairsentience, spiritual sensitivity, synchronicities, alternate realities, and the challenge of living a human life while perceiving things that do not always fit inside the accepted version of reality. I also share what was happening with my son’s cat, Mac, who had just been hospitalized with congestive heart failure. Lisa connects with Mac’s energy and suggests that part of his purpose is caring for the other animals around him. That leads us into a conversation about animal consciousness, emotional connection, distance healing, and the importance of giving animals purpose, love, and support <3 One of the clearest messages in this episode is: don’t filter. Lisa explains that the information we receive may feel random, small, or imagined, but that does not mean it is meaningless. Sometimes the detail that makes no sense to the person receiving it is exactly what someone else needs to hear. We also talk about learning to trust the body’s signals, the need for validation when developing intuitive gifts, and the moment when that trust begins to come from within. This episode contains candid discussion of personal spiritual beliefs, paranormal experiences, grief, health, medical care, public institutions, and theories about reality. These are personal experiences and opinions, not medical advice or independently verified claims. Please use your own discernment. The Body's Warning: Losing Alignment and Finding It Again with Stefan Glazer

Esplicito
The Body's Warning: Losing Alignment and Finding It Again with Stefan Glazer What if your body isn't working against you... but trying to get your attention? In this episode of In My Experience, I sit down with author, photographer, podcaster, and sound healer Stefan Glazer to explore a profound health crisis that challenged everything he thought he knew about healing. After stepping away from the practices that once kept him grounded, Stefan experienced a serious decline in his health that didn't fit neatly into conventional medical explanations. While seeking medical care, he also began looking inward, reconnecting with meditation, presence, and the awareness that had become secondary to the demands of everyday life. As his health returned, so did a deeper sense of purpose. For years, Stefan had been receiving subtle intuitive nudges about creating a retreat and sound healing space. Today, alongside his partner Shannon, that vision is becoming reality through The Pneuma Collective, a space devoted to meditation, sound, community, and conscious living. This conversation isn't about choosing spirituality instead of medicine. It's about exploring the possibility that healing can be multidimensional, and asking what happens when we begin listening to our bodies before they have to scream. In this episode, we discuss: Stefan's unusual health crisis and what it taught him The connection between meditation, mental wellbeing, and physical health Why losing daily spiritual practices can quietly pull us out of alignment Learning to recognize the body's early warning signs The role of intuition in healing and life decisions Sound healing and the power of frequency Receiving years of "breadcrumbs" that led to creating a retreat space Building The Pneuma Collective with his partner, Shannon Following invitations instead of forcing outcomes What it means to live in greater alignment with yourself About Stefan Glazer Stefan Glazer is an aligned photographer based in New Mexico, capturing the beauty of the world through a conscious lens. He is the creator of Sight, Sound, and Meditation, an author and writer, and co-founder of The Pneuma Collective. His work brings together photography, meditation, sound, and storytelling to help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world. The Other Side Is Beautiful: Finding Your Voice and Taking Back the Reins with Christena Shreve-Elza

Esplicito
In this episode of In My Experience, I’m joined by my dear friend Christena Shreve-Elza for a raw, honest conversation about creativity, divorce, emotional safety, grief, boundaries, and what can happen when life completely dismantles the version of you that existed before. Christena had recently returned from Mexico, where she spent time in retreat with Chrys Kyng, and the I Am the Medicine community, before giving herself space to rest, integrate, and focus on writing her book, Plants Like People. We talk about ideas as seeds and how the things we are called to create often need time, attention, pruning, and patience before they are ready to be shared. Sometimes the seed is planted years before we finally become the person who can bring it fully to life. Our conversation opens into so much more, and there is a reason this episode is marked explicit! Christena and I share personal experiences involving divorce, emotional and verbal abuse, miscarriage, arrest, incarceration, custody, and the unexpected freedom that can appear when everything familiar falls away. We talk about what it means to feel safe, the ways women are often punished for finally responding after years of being pushed beyond their limits, and the importance of finding your voice after being silenced, dismissed, or gaslit. We also explore the slingshot effect of being pulled so far into the darkness that, once released, you move forward with more clarity, trust, and intention than you had before. This episode is also about breath, mindfulness, nonattachment, being witnessed, and the healing that becomes possible when someone simply holds space and allows you to express what has been living inside of you. As the conversation expands, we talk about women taking the reins of their lives back, the wisdom we gain as we grow older, the intelligence of nature, and the responsibility we each have to embody the kinder, more compassionate world we want to experience. This episode was recorded on February 19, 2026. The Geometry of Healing with Randy Peterson

Esplicito
In this episode, I sit down with Randy Peterson of 4EthersVM to explore the world of Cymatherapy, vibrational medicine, sacred geometry, and the intelligence of the body. Randy shares how sound, frequency, and geometric patterns form the foundation of what we perceive as physical reality. He explains how Cymatherapy developed from the research of Dr. Peter Guy Manners, who studied the sounds that healthy cells, tissues, and organs make, and how those sound codes are applied through the Acoustic Meridian Intelligence device. We talk about the body as an electromagnetic being, the meridian system as energetic pathways, and how the body may absorb what it needs while allowing what it does not need to pass through. I also share my own experience receiving a remote session from Randy, where I felt subtle vibration, relaxation, colors, shapes, and a deeper awareness of myself in space. This conversation moves through science, energy, subtle bodies, trauma, the nervous system, EMFs, fascia, water, consciousness, and the ways ancient healing systems understood the etheric layer of reality long before modern technology tried to explain it. Randy also shares the story of how a trip to Peru, sacred geometry, and a search for deeper purpose led him away from civil engineering and into vibrational medicine. Toward the end, we explore his vision for the future: heart-centered communities, natural building, biogeometry, resonance-based design, and working with the land rather than trying to conquer it. This episode is for anyone curious about frequency, energy medicine, sacred geometry, sound, consciousness, and the possibility that healing may happen on layers far beyond what we can physically see. In this episode, we talk about: What Cymatherapy is How sound, vibration, and geometry relate to physical reality The work of Dr. Peter Guy Manners and Mandara Cromwell The Acoustic Meridian Intelligence device Meridian pathways, the feet, and the body’s energetic highway system Why Randy uses sets of five harmonics instead of a single tone My personal experience receiving a remote session from Randy Remote healing, photographs, quantum entanglement, and vibrational signatures The nervous system, stress, trauma, and stored emotional energy EMFs, 5G, Wi-Fi, and energetic overwhelm Fascia, water, minerals, and the electric nature of the body How vibrational work may affect consciousness and subtle bodies The difference between sound healing and Cymatherapy Biogeometry, sacred geometry, and the spectrum of life force energy Ancient wisdom, etheric bodies, and the return of clair-senses Randy’s journey from civil engineering to vibrational medicine Nature, birds, sunlight, dandelions, soil, and the intelligence of Gaia Natural building, hempcrete, cob, biodynamics, and future communities Connect with Randy Instagram: @4EthersVM Linktree: linktr.ee/4ethers Connect with me: Instagram or LinkTree
