We are deviating from our normal format to begin a new series of interviews that I will be conducting from time to time on a myriad of spiritual topics, consistent with many of the themes that I have shared throughout this podcast. Today, I’m honored to begin this series by welcoming Erin Lucero, a Master Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner certified through the Four Winds Institute. She’s also the author of the book “Ayni: Finding Connection, Love & Harmony with the Wisdom of Yoga & Shamanism.” Erin’s work as a Shamanic energy healer centers on the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit—guiding others to release energetic blockages and return to their natural state of balance and radiance.
