Ep. 19 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lesson 128 -134

As we continue with this section of lessons we realize the depth of this teaching. We are tasked to truly look at the world as we believe it to be and question if this is where we are meant to be. Can a world ruled by ego thoughts be transformed into one where truth and love are central to our experience here? Let’s listen to this week’s podcast and decide. Meanwhile don't forget to Breath & Smile

Ep. 18 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lesson review 121 to 127

We now have new lessons in this section. They each invite us to go deeper into concepts we have already explored, such as forgiveness and happiness. The lessons also expand on our relationship with our Spiritual Parent. One thought we are given is to simply remember when we knew we were ALL One. Perhaps we can remember that as we; Breathe and Smile !

Ep. 17 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lesson review 114 to 120

We will be completing the seven review lessons this week and surprisingly that favorite creation lesson completes the review. There are a couple of ideas within the lessons that we can spend a little extra time clarifying because it’s very important to be Happy Learners. Remember to Breathe & Smile

Ep. 16 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lesson review 107 to 113

This week we will revisit a favorite lesson—twice. A bit unusual for the workbook, but we are starting our third review. The lesson "I am as God created me" shows up as the last lesson before the review starts and then again as we review lesson 94. It's truly one of the most important lessons in the workbook. And just maybe that's why we are given it in many forms, all with the same message. Just a thought! Remember to Breathe & Smile

Ep. 15 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lesson review 100 to 106

Have you ever been asked if you were happy and didn't know the answer? It's not that uncommon. In the world we call Egoland, happiness isn't really possible—at least not True, lasting happiness. The lessons from the A Course in Miracles Workbook we are reviewing today will give us guidance about how and where we can locate the happiness we are meant to have. And, speaking of happiness, we are truly happy to have you here today. With over 25 % of the lessons covered !!!!! Remember to Breathe and Smile.

Ep. 14 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lesson review 93 to 99

We turn to the Holy Spirit who will teach us how to lay all fear aside and remember our True Self. All forms of doubt and fear will be removed from our mind so it may once again be known as part of God's. This is how we will remember that "Salvation (Forgivness) is my only function-HERE" Don’t forget to Breathe & Smile

Ep. 13 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lesson review 86 to 92

We want to emphasize more and more the practicality of this Course. This is a life changing/ thought changing path but only if it is implemented into our life. That is done by practicing. This week one of our lessons is asking us to believe in the unseen. This sounds very difficult at first but we can use several examples of what we do not actually “see” but have a belief in their existence, for example, wind, love and possibilities. Don’t forget to Breathe & Smile.

Ep. 12 - I Am Practically Spiritual - Lesson review 79 to 85

This week we continue with our new format and delve into problems, problems, problems and the ONE Solution. We start the second review, with highlights of the introduction giving us the Way, the Truth and the Life in place of detours, illusions or thoughts of death. Understanding the power of saying "I have no need for this" ... Don't forget to Breathe & Smile
