In todays episode, I'll be sharing with you my philosophy of requiring men to undergo background testing and STI testing in the infancy of a relationship. Now, one may hear 'relationship' and assume that I'm referring to a committed boyfriend/girlfriend type of thing. I'm not. Allow me to clarify. I actually require these things before the fourth date.
Highlights:
- If a man wants to pick me up for a date, take me home after a date, or have me in his car in general- he'll need to submit a background check.
- Most people are having sex after a few dates anyway, so why is asking to see the official documentation from recent STI testing stigmatized?
- How a man responds to these basic safety measures reveals a lot his character.
- I personally prefer to go on dates while the sun is still out. Day dates are underappreciated && actually pretty fun.
- Personally, I think it's a god idea to know who you're allowing to enter your life. Not just if he's cute, has money, or if his sex good.
Yep, I know my initial dating screen is seen as too much for some. That's the point!
