Hey guys! In todays episode I chat with the lovely Sarah!

The first guest I have ever had walk in with a gift for me lol so kind.

Like many, her story is multi-faceted. Sarah talks through what she was like as a child and a teen and how she would often be the one to 'take it to the next level'. Not really feeling like she 'fit in'. It wasn't until she was going through the process of getting her son diagnosed with ADHD and she was filling out his forms that she started the realise that actually SHE was ticking a lot of those boxes too.

Sarah is very vulnerable with me and shares her journey with depression, medication, alcohol, being suicidal and the mental health act. Her story is very powerful and is a testament to her strength.
