Hey guys! In todays episode I chat with the wonderful Kimmy.

I was lucky enough to cross paths with Kimmy about a month ago through my work and it just goes to show how cool connections can be made with a simple conversation AND how effective branding can be on a hoodie! lol.

Kimmy talks to us about his childhood, growing up being bullied throughout most of his childhood to living in a household with a father with alcoholism to how a very bad ending to a relationship left him without the energy to leave the house for 6 months.

We also talk through the not for profit mental health organisation Together 4ever that he has co-founded here in Adelaide, South Australia and what drove him to take this leap.
